Gale Moriarty

"Roses Everywhere" was the First Place Winner in the Carpe Beadum Challenge.

Gale MoriartyThe arts have been a driving influence in my life. I study music, primarily the violin, but have also studied piano since I was small. We grew up not only studying music, but also painting and photography as well.

I often visit the League of New Hampshire Craftsman Galleries, and I have always longed to be able to create such beautiful pieces. Then in June, I bought my first 10 grams of Art Clay Silver, and that was it, I was hooked. I immediately knew it was important that if I was going to attempt this as a career, I needed to find a professional instructor. I searched online and found Carol Babineau’s studio right here in Nashua. Once I met Carol in person, I knew that I could never look back.

Since then, my focus has been to learn as much as I can from Carol, and improve my skills every day. The Carpe Beadum Contest was the very first contest I entered, and I was so ecstatic that I won. This is a huge compliment, and I am absolutely thrilled.

Currently, I have my Level 1 Certification, and am practicing many techniques to prepare myself for Senior Certification, which I hope to begin soon.
